Rachel thinks about the wellness and integration of the whole body and mind. Her classes are unique—the attention to detail that she gives through pre-emptive cues on physical placement make her virtual presence feel live. Her sequences also embody a flow that reflect her years of training as a dancer that make my body feel both strengthened and enlivened. I highly recommend her yoga classes!

  • What is the difference between the yoga classes and the strength and conditioning class?

All yoga classes on the schedule are vinyasa based (fluid sequences) with a grounding spiritual theme. The strength and conditioning class on Tuesdays is a workout class with some equipment required. See class descriptions for more information.

  • What if I’ve never done yoga before?

Rachel currently offers two all levels classes each week which are the most accessible classes on the schedule. For a slower/introductory class, see her Level One Yoga video in the recorded library.

  • Do I have to have weight training experience to take the strength and conditioning class?

No! This class is open to all levels with the one requirement to have some dumbbells at home to use. Just show up ready to learn!

  • What if I sign up for class but can’t make it?

For group classes, there is a 2 hour cancellation policy. If dropping in or using a class pack, please cancel 2 hours in advance to be able to save your class payment for next time.
