Join me Memorial Day Weekend for a 3 night yoga retreat that is 4 years overdue! During this weekend in the woods, we will create a sacred space to nourish and embrace our whole selves through an exploration of what it means to be constantly evolving and becoming more and more authentic. Yoga, meditation, journaling, time in nature, and community building will pave the way towards balancing acceptance and growth, embodying our life’s path, and cultivating patience with change, uncertainty, and paradox.
